These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KaziSync HRMS platform and associated services provided by Remmittance LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using KaziSync, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Use of the Platform

• KaziSync is provided for lawful business purposes only, primarily for HR management, payroll, and attendance tracking
• You must be authorized by your employer or company to use the platform

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You agree to notify your employer or KaziSync immediately if your account is compromised
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access or disrupt other users' accounts or data
• Upload harmful, illegal, or unauthorized content
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, and materials in KaziSync are owned by Remmittance LLC or our licensors
• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission

5. Privacy

• Use of KaziSync is also governed by our Privacy Policy
• Employee data is primarily controlled by your employer

6. Limitation of Liability

• KaziSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• Remmittance LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform

7. Termination

• Your access may be terminated for violation of these Terms or as requested by your employer
• Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform

8. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time
• Changes will be posted on kazisync.com with an updated "Last Updated" date
• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
